Changing the logo can add a personalized to on-prem deployments

Login banner

The ability to pass a login-banner to the UI can meet compliance/legal requirements for many orgs!

Hi @ar0dd. I'm trying to understand the compliance/legal requirement that you've explained.

Is the inability to pass a login banner to the UI preventing you from using Fleet in your organization? Is there any documentation you can point me towards to learn more about this common requirement?

Sure thing @noahtalerman

Ultimately it doesn't prevent the use but fleet becomes a "ding" in behalf of the org. This requirement is pretty standard in US GOV. (DoD, DHS, FBI, etc.)

Also, if you support those government entities, you need to be legally compliant. If you lie and say you're compliant when you are not, bad juju happens.

Soo I'd rather stay compliant :)

Thank you for the explanation and links!

Adding support for changing the login logo and adding a custom login banner makes sense.

This request is something the Fleet team would like to address in the coming months.

Goal

As a Fleet user, I want the ability to add a custom login logo and banner so that the Fleet UI can meet compliance/legal requirements.
