Hook detectionlab windows instances into Dogfood rather than detectionlab-specific fleet instance.

Problem

Currently, the separate detectionlab fleet instance will deter us from using detectionlab in our day to day. We would like to have the detectionlab instances in dogfood so that we can experience windows machines in Fleet. Furthermore the detectionlab machines will be "interesting" machines rather than ones that are mostly compliant and being used day-to-day. This will expose us to more security use cases through osmosis.

Requirements

• the detectionlab windows instances should show up in Dogfood as hosts.
