Path name for MDM server URL #8999

The prototype uses /mdm/apple/mdm as the server path name, this is used by devices to enroll in MDM and to send command results.

Is this something we'd like to change?

we decided to not change this path for now, from @noahtalerman :

Ok, I think we should continue using /mdm/apple/mdm. I think this URL path won’t have a significant effect on the user experience unless I’m missing something else.
