fix: :bug: check if there is fossil #588

Hi, sorry, it isn't fixed yet... I use the fossil Fuel icon to show my daily import and as secondory info the self-sufficiency. Zero Tolerance is 29W. The dots are still shown even there is no import power or it is less than 29W.
