Modifications in Manuals for release cf13 #43

Hi Florent, you have got the English and German manuals for release cf12.

Let me know which changes you did. I will modify the manuals for cf13. Than you can include them into the new release for download.

It's still in working progress, though it's been a while since the last time I spent time on it. All the changes for release cf13 are described in changes.txt

Update

Hi Florent, I changed all affected images and moved MUTLI setting from Utility to Channel menu. Menu Assist Set is deleted.

There is a new part: VI. Appendix This is the new place for special descriptions like API (Jupyter Notebook).

Here are the new books for Software Release 1.1.1-cf13: VDS_User_Manual_cf13_en.pdf VDS_User_Manual_cf13_de.pdf The books are ready, you can rename and import them to /doc/manual_en.pdf and /doc/manual_de.pdf

I made some correction in the file MsgLib_de.properties, please import the file to /owon-vds-tiny-1.1.1-cf13/com/owon/uppersoft/dso/i18n/

Everything is uploaded to Google Drive https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Lta4qR0gfrps7h8nxaGlf0BMhiXgEpYp including the LibreOffice documents.

Please label my issues with documentation (Improvements or additions to documentation). It's easier to find them. Perhaps someone will look into it and write, if something is needed or must be corrected.

The new documentation will be saved in the new sub-directory cf13.
