Investigate Overlay Custom Colours #22

Allow the user to customize the colours of the overlay by allowing them to specify what M3 colour they want to apply to the overlay. Provide several options based on the current dynamic theme or app colours (if dynamic colours not available).

Add support to select from 3 colours.
