This pull request:

renames ch.fmi.registration.Utils to ch.fmi.registration.RegUtils
adds RegUtils.interpolateModels to perform sliding-window filtering on a series of models
adds the option for sliding-window interpolation to the Register Series of Prematched Point Clouds plugin.
