sorry but by english is not so well here is the changes of chinese :(some easy in english) 分离了一部分没太大必要的定义def add README-cn fix a issue #115 正在尝试建构block update

done stuf: fix issue #108 (with also both worked in 3.7and3.8) log sys (have option) separate some function to codes.lib

still doing: textures load sys rewrites (still testing) block update sys random tickes sys
