Updated How to Run procedure #152

The game doesn't work with the latest version of pyglet, so I changed the installation procedure to make install an older version of pyglet that works with the game.

I support this, because there are open issues right now with people who don't know this (#153 , #151 ) and the solution is hidden in #147 .
