README update for Mac 32-bit issue #7, and installing git+pip on various platforms #22

See issue #7 - includes alternative way of forcing 32-bit on Mac that works with Pyglet 1.1.4 and system Python.

Haven't tested all the git + pip installation instructions but they are fairly standard.
