Paragraphs at chapter starts have extra space between them #16

In the current template, it is not breaking paragraphs across pages. This is particularly apparent on chapter starts, where there significant gaps between the paragraphs.

First, the old template (and the new) wanted to avoid widowlines. I have turned this off.

Even then there appears to be a vertical justification issue discussed at https://latex.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10877 The two suggested solutions (either):

  1. \raggedbottom{}
  2. \setlength{\parskip}{0pt} I tested the first on a student's thesis and it looked fine to me. I will be putting it in the template when I have a chance.

Added \raggedbottom in ruthesis.sty in commit a147b31ddba48c87ff72f419f9dcbabcaf163f5a
