Creating a branche "apa-citations" to work on this first.
Tested procedure in apa-cite branch and documented in instructions.tex. merged into master.
This change conflicts with Issue #6.
By now, we could emulate most formatting issues with biblatex and use biber. \usepackage[style=ieee]{biblatex} for IEEE style citations. \usepckage[style=apa]{biblatex} for APA style citations.
Hmmm. I was trying to go back to bibtex to keep it consistent with how many people are used to it working in other templates and existing .bst files. This is a big shift, but maybe no one but me cares about it.
I was able to setup an APA version for Cloey's thesis in CS. I will see about migrating the instructions and testing them better here.
Some disciplines need APA style citations. How do we make it easy for them in this template?
