bug: c-s not triggering flash toggle

Describe the bug

As documentation states c-s toggles flash search in command mode. But on a fresh clean installation of Lazyvim this get an error message: "Not an editor command"

Steps To Reproduce

1. install lazyvim
2. open command with :
3. c-s
4. enter

Expected Behavior

expected the search toggle.
