From 3 OCT images; "interior", "middle" and "exterior" acquired at different angles of the retina, the images must be merged into a single one with wider filed of view.

A basic algorithm for stitching images is now in place. The algorithm is based on external algorithm panorama, but currently "leaves" a black region in the side of the image where one of the stitched subimages has been displaced.
