Algorithm for reflectivity perfilometry #7

The tools should provide an algorithm to calculate the reflectivity perfilometry. The algorithm must be parameterized so that it can estimate reflectivity for the whole image, or just a small interval (or even a single pixel column).

The perfilometer is now ready.

Perfilometer parameters are now accesible trough the GUI, and the perfilometers updates on-the-fly.
