@1somya The 'somya.jpg' file seems to be of 1 byte? Not sure what's happened here. Please try and fix?

I've also commented line-by-line changes on pieces of code I found errors with. Please fix those too.

Hello, thank you for your changes, they seems to be ok (but please implement that, what @RoonyH suggested), however it makes difficult to approve your changes now - they need to be rebased (you can read how to do that here - https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/wiki/How-to-Rebase-a-Pull-Request), so please rebase your pull request.
