AD SD1 STARTING VALUES IS NOT CORRECT. NEED TO MANUALLY REDUCE ESPECIALLY FOR THE SUB SURFACE LAYERS

Edit the raw data Add 4 rows by 4 layers of artificial values AT THE ACTUAL SOWING DATE. Changed by eyeballing the sim vs obs graph in apsimx UI.
