Group our shuffleboard items better. Already started are "Diag" for diagnostics, "Params" for params we might want to adjust. We should make sure we make the widgets using "addPersistent" so they persist across starts and stops.

We might also want a "Driver/Operator" tab that would be the primary tab for driving. That might include the Webcam, a display of what the Limelight sees if that is possible.
