Include lecture 2 as Markdown document #12

@k8hertweck: There may be small revisions here, but I'd consider it ready of review. Please merge into master if you think complete.

This looks great. I'll be adding the same subheadings at the top of the README that I used in Lecture 1: Learning objectives (I'll draft these), Course materials (in this case, a preview of subheadings in this document), and Reminders (link to where homework 1 will appear).

I'm happy with the PR as it stands.

FYI, I did cover preview main themes in reproducibility as well as more in-depth project organization (following the Wilson's Good Enough article) in lecture 1. You do have a lot of content in this lecture, so it may be useful to spend less time on the project organization part.

@trvrb Let me know if this looks ok and I'll merge.

Thank you Kate. Updates look great. I agree that Markdown and Git are the more important bits. I did want to provide some motivating examples at the beginning. Please merge.
