This is awesome, thanks for putting everything together! I reworked the README to make it more consistent with the other classes, and to reframe the learning objectives into a few key points (I added the outline to the course materials section since it's super useful for helping students find appropriate information).

I've written a script for software installation and am going to add it later today after I've had a chance to test it.

Do you need students to have IGV installed, or should we use a link to the web browser?
