Needs testing after large world gen, leaving holes during generation

Seems to work well when playing at 8-12 chunks Minecraft render, 48 chunks LOD.

Issue seems to be with low thread count CPUs during world gen and caching LOD chunks. No good solution for old computers yet, recommend using on servers to enhance render distance and smooth loading, or disabling until using a pregen mod to generate large amount of chunks
