There should be a way for callers to find the version of python-poppler-qt4 #8

It doesn't appear that the version of python-poppler-qt4 is available anywhere. It is specified only in setup.py and is not passed to the sources in any way. I don't see how to pass random strings using SIP command line. Maybe setup.py should create an include file with the version.
