`ggtern` got Ripley'ed #28

Not sure if this affects anything major, but it's worth noting at this stage: http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ggtern/index.html

Ugh. Thanks for noticing this. That will be a problem in Ch 04 as we go forward. I'll write to the package maintainer.

This is because all examples are wrapped in \donttest{} sections. Brian seems to have even more time to look at such issues since he retired ...

What was the second-best package in your opinion for ternary plots? Just in case ggtern doesn't come back soon ...

Nick Hamilton says he will shortly make the minor changes to avoid donttest{} and get un-Ripley'd
