Ch 5: undefined fig references

It seems that chunk labels were changed for several figures in chapter 5, w/o also changing all \figref{} s that refer to them, so we now get Undefined Reference warnings shown below.

Either revert the chunk labels or change all figure references to fig:new-label

"punish-cond1-bis" is a copy of "punish-cond1" that I've put in line 1716 in order to place the figure in the page num. 193, separately from the code chunk in page 194.

OK, but the references to the figures have to be sorted out so that every figure is referenced and all figure references are defined. I haven't looked at the text in detail yet.

Yes, apparently nothing was changed to fully fix this. Still get 3 undefined references
