vcdExtra:: prefixes #61

grep vcdExtra:: * -R

reveals quite a few vcdExtra:: prefixes in ch09-ch11, most of them in calls to vcdExtra::LRstats(). Shouldn't those be removed?

Yes, I think they should, now that my earlier use of vcdExtra::Summarise() has been expunged. I think I just did a global find/replace to substitute LRstats.

Prefixes should be maintained when there is a name clash, as in countreg::rootogram.
