Allow people to more easily keep ImageMagick up to date and in an automated fashion

If IM auto-update is set to true, and Posterizarr detects a version change, remove the running log, mv ./magick ./magick.<<version>>, and continue which will effectively redownload the latest version and continue running Posterizarr

manual steps are...
run Posterizarr and hit control - c to stop... scroll up and see if the re is a version difference.
if there is a diff, then I need to: rm .\temp\Posterizarr.Running, mv .\magick\ .\magick.<<version>>
restart Posterizarr
