[FR] Add TPDb as provider #129

Would be nice to see ThePosterDB added as provider in future.

It has nice posters, and also a decent bank of textless posters.. maybe use it as a backup if not available on tmdb or fanart.

Hey, they do not offer a api, when they do i may look into it.
