[FR] Add language preferences for Episode TitleCards #149

You will see that for NOVA episode titlecards, tmdb has 4 episodes labelled as English and have English text, but I am choosing to use xx (textless) and it's still grabbing the English text titlecard. The FR is to implement the same logic as the rest of posterizarr where language preference is respected and appropriate fallbacks happen.

Describe the solution you'd like Make titlecard logic just like the rest of posterizarr

If textless only is preferred, it wont fallback. For other langs, 99% is textless, so not really a need for the advanced implementation.
