fixed summary as it was logging to scriptlog instead of postercreation
added function to report on errors and warnings to postercreation.log
added a timer to report on how long it ran for
adjusted some cosmetic spaces throughout the script
reduced and used the same write-host and append in the optimizepointsize function

because of the logging rewrite i can not merge it, but i took the idea of runtime and error count.
