Deploy to pypi/conda #7

Bug or feature?

We need to deploy to pypi and/or conda so motile plugin can depend on this and be installed via pip/conda.

Description

This will also require versioning with tags.

We are now on pip! The conda dependencies are not included, obviously. Deploying to conda is still potentially on the agenda. However, due to the gurobi not being on conda-forge, I think we would need to be on the funkelab channel, so I'm not sure it is as helpful as one would like.
