added option to autoheal. if set to true, autoheal command is run following import and following a scaling operation
added capability to import stl files

Looks good to me

I can fix the ci tomorrow and then I think this is ready to merge. I shall also make a new release

Ideally we would add some tests if there is time. If not I can add them later

the failing CI CI with install / testing (pull_request) has never worked so no need to worry about that
