Context

We have a lot of imports that have accumulated over time. They're horrible and annoying.
This PR:

Adds pyflake as a dev dependency. Starts doing pyflake fixes. I want to make Pyflake a GitHub Action and a pre-commit hook, but we aren't there yet.
