[i18n] Integrate remaining Bahasa Indonesia translations into source code #85

Context

Bahasa Indonesia translations of the user interface are complete and need to be added into the website. They currently live on this document.
Bahasa Indonesia translations of eligible vaccine groups are complete.

This task:

Integrate the strings from the document into the Frontend/Locales/id folder.
Integrate the vaccine groups into a Markdown document: Frontend/Locales/id/Criteria.md.
