Get info modal contents from airtable & fix county dropdown menu bugs #94

  1. 原本InfoModal顯示的內容是寫死的，但考量到需要快速調整，改成顯示 airtable 上的內容
  2. 上個版本中的鄉鎮市區下拉選單沒有正確排除重複項，且在切換城市時沒有正確顯示「全部地區」的資料
