Thanks a lot for this powerful tool. Can I export export variant information as bam loaded into igv deskstop in the centos byscript

You can export regions of interest, junctions track and other information. See the IGV Desktop documentation.

thanks a lot, but it is a manual process, is there a way to to in yout tool to replace that in igvdesktop
