Add install Atom shell commands #174

Open Atom, click on Atom menu, then click "install shell commands"

@jrhorn424 I believe this issue has already been fixed. The README shows:

Atom Shell commands

Once Atom is successfully downloaded, open it and in the 'Atom' menu item, click on 'install shell commands' to install the necessary toolkit.
