Brainstorming installfest ideas after going through it today with lm01:

add a Table of Contents near the top that links to the sub sections.
expand suggested software at the end of the doc. I could recommend a few more things for workflow and I imagine other people have software they use all the time...Alfred and SizeUp come to mind.

Alternatively, make it a wiki with a table of contents? This would also help up move toward the goal of JIT installation, which we've talked about wanting.
