Add admin privileges check to install fest? #242

Seems like for the lm01 cohort we ran into some permission issues where developers might not have had admin access in the terminal. Perhaps we could have everyone check before beginning?

Just noticed #237 was opened by @danman01 so I am closing this. I will check through open issues before opening an issue next time.
