Git clone orientation in Downloads folder #246

We instruct developers to move into the Downloads folder. It might be good to explicitly tell developers to move back to home dir: cd ~/ afterwords, or just be aware they are now in the Downloads folder until they move somewhere else. However, this is near the end of the installfest and we're just doing global commands past this point.

@sdavidson140 In your opinion, how does this fit into #256? Was it addressed?

@jrhorn424 I did not address this issue. The first script config/git.sh requires users to be in the orientation/ dir. I did not say to go back to ~/ and I instructed devs to run scripts as if they were in the orientation dir. I don't see a reason why to switch back to home since the rest of the scripts don't need to be run from there.
