Implement new home navigation bar, footer, about+contact sample page

• Implement the new home navigation bar in a partial view file source/app/views/pages/_home-navbar
• Make sure to be able to pass a 'selected' attribute to the partial, so that it can underline and bold the page that is currently selected in the navigation bar
• This navigation bar should be visible only in the pages views, not in the dashboard views
• Sign Up and Log In buttons should be functional
