As a user, I want a simple home page with a multi-function navigation bar so that I can read about the project, contact the team behind the project, sign up, and log in.
Acceptance Criteria
When signed out, the users are always redirected to the "Home" page.
The users can read about the project in the "About" page.
The users can fill out a form to contact the team in the "Contact" page.
When a user clicks on "Get Started", or on "Sign up" in the navigation bar, they are redirected to the Sign Up page.
When a user clicks on "Log in", they are redirected to the "Log in" page.
