feat: layout resembling WebChucK UI

I'd like to reach a window layout like webchuck does, with the same main funcionalities:

• [x] file explorer (comes with neotree)
• [x] filed editor (comes with nvim)
• [x] shreds list (courtesy of nui.nvim!)
• [x] vm status (comes with chuck)

edit: consider using nui.nvim splits for the layout
