The latest specular specification： https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF/tree/main/extensions/2.0/Khronos/KHR_materials_specular

And the original extension should be deprecated: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF/tree/main/extensions/2.0/Archived/KHR_materials_pbrSpecularGlossiness
