Add support for Mocha manager #171

A lot of Enterprises are using JS based frameworks like Mocha to automate their distributed testing, and are getting started on using Mocha to script certain basic mainframe automation activities. Having a Mocha manager (on the same lines as Selenium or JMeter) would help in zero-ing in on using the same tool for mainframe integration and regression testing.
