So I made changes so that there are matching instrument ids in the price and inst_ref CSVs. Anything else? Maybe thinking of pairing positions together like I said and maybe having positions of type SD only if a TD exists. What do you think @Gala-Sortino ?

Do note this PR can also resolve #6 if you load in values from an external dict file etc.
