Delete old `gap-infra` repositories? #13

I have made them all private and archived for now. None of them have open PRs or issues.

I would be happy to delete the repositories; surely there is no use for them now?

I will delete most of them myself, except perhaps one or two which used to modify setup and then propagate to others. Let me have a look.

Deleted many of older ones. Will look next time at those still remaining - may want to keep some.
