  1. createSymbolicLinks.py: creates symbolic links to the annotfile.zip
  2. runSingularity.sh: new singualrity variables are defined in order to run the container successfully in DIPC
  3. .bashrc: setup for DIPC

Leandro I just merged it, I guess that the anntfile will always be added, but it should be optional, we can edit this next time, thanks!
