Could not extract player functions #10

Session fetch is failing for all videos.

e.g. the video_test example:

node examples/video_test.js Session status: NOK (Could not extract player functions)

Now fixed now in ytcog (thanks to SirXavierC) so

npm update should fix for ytcog-dl.
