Browser refresh may bring closed log back to life #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Stoker-web and create a new log
2. Let it run a few minutes and then end the log.
3. The log is removed from the drop down correctly.
4. Refresh the browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is to see the log still gone from the drop down, but the log
reappears. It does appear that it is correctly backed by a file anymore since
the graph comes back blank.

LogManagerImpl.java; Using wrong key to remove log from hashmap. Removing the
value from the map resulted in an error while creating the PDF report. The log
was was passed in and the log no longer existed in the map. Switched to use
the full logfile name.
