1) If the user provides GPS access, a blue dot appears to show their current user location
2) If they perform a search, map pans to the new search location and shows a red pin (blue user location should still show)
3) If the user rejects GPS access, the default center of WSP is shown with no pin
4) "Recenter Map" and "Clear Navigation" buttons also resets the zoom level to 17
